From the Group's total personnel, more than 500 persons hold a B.S. degree in engineering in various areas of expertise, while approximately 500 persons are assistant engineers, technologists, foremen and designers. All these people have supported the Group's companies in the previous decades, have evolved together with our companies and constitute our comparative advantage for the future.

With the union of the powers held by the three basic companies of the Group, a staff was formed, having a dynamic management team, high-ranking executives in key sectors (legal support, financial and stock exchange services, communication services, etc.), as well as an administrative and skillful personnel of outstanding quality. Today, the Group employs more than 5,000 people, from which approximately 3,000 belong to the Group's permanent personnel, while 2,000 are employees in subcontractors.
