CAPITAL LINK, INC.

Capital Link, Inc., located in New York, is an international investor relations, financial and investment advisory firm. It has three main activities, international investors relations and investment advisory, the operation of an interactive website on the Greek and other European stock markets and the organization of investment conferences.

In investor relations, the mission is to assist European Stock Exchanges and blue chip companies to develop and maintain a shareholding base among US investors. Also, to take advantage of favorable opportunities in the international capital markets through private placements and securities transactions. Among Capital Link's clients have been the Paris Stock Exchange, Le Nouveau Marché, the Swiss Stock Exchange, the Lisbon Stock Exchange, the Athens Stock Exchange, several European blue chip companies such as Deutsche Bank Asset Management, Indocam Asset Management (Credit Agricole Indosuez), Bank of Ireland, Coca Cola HBC, Panafon, National Bank of Greece and an extensive list of Greek corporations. In November 1998, Capital Link handled the events related to OTE's listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Capital Link's investor relations efforts focus both on institutional and individual investors through extensive programs especially formulated for each target group. The Capital Link Magazine on Greek Business and Finance is a bimonthly financial publication sent to targeted recipients worldwide. There is also a weekly television program (every Sunday at 7:00 pm) on the Athens Stock Exchange on the National Greek TV in New York.

The interactive web site (www.capitallink.com) provides comprehensive information on the Greek stock market and listed companies. It has become a premiere source of investor relations information on Greece among the international institutional investment community as well as individual investors.

Capital Link has organized several investment conferences throughout the United States presenting investment opportunities in Greece, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Central Asia. For the last four years, Capital Link in conjunction every year with a Greek partner has organized an annual conference in New York updating North American investors on Greece's economic, business and investment developments and potential.
