The Hellenic Center for Investment is the national agency responsible for promoting, attracting and supporting foreign direct investment into Greece.

ELKE, created as a one-stop shop for foreign investors, offers its services without charge and is funded by the European Union and the Greek State. ELKE promotes new investment into Greece, and supports investors during the implementation phase, handles applications for cash grants over $3 million, and assists investors in forming alliances with Greek companies to target regional emerging markets.
