Georg Grodzki is a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston ("CSFB") Ltd in London. He is responsible for Credit Advisory Services in Europe, including new issue related credit research and rating advisory services.

Prior to joining CSFB in 1993, Mr. Grodzki spent four years as a Senior Analyst at the London office of Moody's Investor Services, one of the leading global credit rating agencies. His previous professional experience includes assignments in management consulting and in merchant banking.

Georg Grodzki holds a Master of Economics from the University of Cologne and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
