Mr. Papakonstadinou, chairman of the board of P & K Securities since 1996, is also the current Managing Director of Investment Banking at P & K Capital S.A. since 1996.

Prior to his current positions, Mr. Papakonstadinou was the Manager of Investment Banking for ABN Amro Bank in Athens from 1995-1997, an executive of Corporate Finance for Barclays Bank in Athens from 1992-1995, and an executive of P.S.O. for Procter & Gamble Hellas from 1989-1991.

Born in Catania, Italy, Mr. Papakonstadinou received a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in which he attended from 1982-1987 and then a Masters Degree in Business Administration from INSEAD France in which he attended from 1991-1992.
