Capital Link, Inc., located in New York, is an international investor relations, financial and investment advisory firm. It has four main activities, the full range of international investors relations and investment advisory services, the operation of investment portals for select European markets, an extensive range of web based IR solutions for listed companies and the organization of investment conferences.

In investor relations, our mission is to assist European Stock Exchanges and blue chip companies to develop and maintain a shareholding base among US investors. Also, to take advantage of favorable opportunities in the international capital markets through private placements and securities transactions. Among Capital Link's clients have been the Paris Stock Exchange, Le Nouveau Marché, the Swiss Stock Exchange, the Lisbon Stock Exchange, the Athens Stock Exchange, several European blue chip companies such as Coca Cola HBC, Panafon, National Bank of Greece, and funds such as the New Germany Fund, the Germany Fund, the Central European Equity Fund managed by Deutsche Bank Group, the France Growth Fund managed by Crédit Agricole Asset Management US, the New Ireland Fund managed by Bank of Ireland, and an extensive list of other corporations.

Capital Link's investor relations efforts focus both on institutional and individual investors through extensive programs especially formulated for each target group.

Regarding web based IR solutions for corporate clients, Capital Link builds, manages, maintains and hosts the Investor Relations sections of corporate websites, assists companies to fulfill their financial reporting and disclosure requirements, offers web casting services (conference calls, company presentations etc), and provides distribution services for corporate press releases and other corporate announcements.

Capital Link has organized several investment conferences throughout the United States presenting investment opportunities in Germany, Greece, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Central Europe and Asia. For the last five years, Capital Link has organized an annual conference in New York updating North American investors on Greece's economic, business and investment developments and potential. Capital Link also organizes on an annual basis the European Small Cap Conference presenting and promoting medium and small cap companies from all over Europe to the US investment community and media.
