Christian MONS began his career as Chairman and Managing Director, from 1976 to 1984, at SOGITEC, computer services and integration of systems, sales 350 Millions Francs, 750 employees. From 1984 to 1989, he was Chairman and Managing Director at CONTROL DATA France, American computers manufacturer, sales 1.05 billion francs, 1000 employees. Then he worked, from 1989 to 1993, as Chairman and Managing Director at THOMAINFOR, Maintenance and Computer Services company, sales 1.2 billion francs, 2000 employees. From 1993 to 1999, he was Chairman and Managing Director at SYSECA, a IT Services and Engineering Company, THOMSON-CSF subsidiary, sales 2.5 billion francs, 4000 employees. Then Christian MONS was Senior Vice President in charge of the projects of outsourcing and privatization at THOMSON-CSF from April 1999 to June 2000.

In June 2000, he has joined Georges COHEN, TRANSICIEL's founder, in order to strengthen the structures of the TRANSICIEL management.

TRANSICIEL is a European IT Services and Engineering Company which offers a multi-specialist package for large businesses, based on three complementary business segments: High Technology Consulting, Information Systems Integration and Insourcing Administration of Systems and Networks. In 2000, TRANSICIEL achieved a turnover of 377 million Euros, which was 48% up on 1999. The Group intends to continue to develop and to achieve a turnover of more than 1 billion Euros within the next three years.
