VIOTER S.A. announces that its subsidiary company "ATOMON S.A." on14/2/2006 signed with the "Region of Ionian Islands" a contract for the construction of the PORT of CORFU, in a joint venture with the company "VISTONIS S.A."of AKTOR Group , with a 50% holding. The relevant project is budgeted at EUR 23,700,000 and the time of its completion is 30 months.
