It is hereby announced that on October 21st, 2009, the spouse of Mr. Konstantinos Thanopoulos, Internal Audit Manager (person obliged to acknowledge her stock exchange transactions on the Company's shares, according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), sold 500 Company shares of total value euro 6,300.
