January 22, 2007 ATEbank announces that, following gradual acquisitions from various shareholders, it has increased its participation in the Romanian MINDBANK to 69,01%. The acquisition of these shares was at the same price as the one of the previously acquired shares (2,15 times the book value of the Bank at 31.12.2005).
