April 4, 2007 ATEbank announces that, following gradual acquisitions from various shareholders, it has increased its participation in the Romanian MINDBANK to 73.30%.
In addition the B.o.D. of ATEbank has decided the Bank's participation in the share capital increase, decided by the MINDBANK΄S Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting.
