Regarding press articles that are referring to the Bank's exposure to Lehman Brothers products, ATEbank would like to point out the following:

The net exposure and valuation of ATEbank's positions in Senior Lehman Bros bonds is included in the Bank's audited and published financial statements as of June 30, 2008, while it is expected that the value as of June 30, 2008 will not be materially affected by the credit event.

However, the bank retains full claim on the repayment of the Senior Bonds.

It should be pointed out that ATEbank in April 2008 has already sold part of its Lehman Bros exposure, locking in significant profits.
