Bank of Cyprus, in accordance with the provisions of Greek Law L. 3556/2007 (articles 3(xvi) (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Greek Capital Markets Commission, notifies that Constantinos Neofytou (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005, as it is closely connected with Marianna Pantelidou), bought on 11 March 2008 a total of 800 Bank of Cyprus shares for a total value of 6.064 euro.
