January 15, 2009 The Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd will convene on Monday 2 February 2009 to examine the Bank of Cyprus Group preliminary financial results for the year ended 31 December 2008.
Τhe preliminary financial results will be announced to the Cyprus and the Athens Stock Exchanges and the Press on Tuesday 3 February 2009 prior to commencement of trading.
The final audited financial results of the Group for 2008, the possibility of payment of a final dividend as well as the targets for the year 2009, will be examined by the Board of Directors on Wednesday 25 February 2009 and will be announced to the Cyprus and the Athens Stock Exchanges and to the Press after the market close on the same date.
