Further to our announcement dated January 17th, 2008 and following recent communication from its shareholders, Forthnet announces that FORTH, Novator and Cycladic are currently in negotiations with GO plc supported by Emirates International Telecommunications Limited, to acquire a shareholding in Forthnet representing approximately 20% of Forthnet's voting rights. The parties are currently in negotiations and have not yet reached an agreement. Forthnet will make further announcements following receipt of updated information.
