In the framework of the decision No3/347/12.07.2005 made by the BoD of the Capital Market Commission, Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. announces that:

- Mr. Stamatis Perkizas, son of Dimitrios, has been appointed Head of Marketing and Business Development Unit.

- Mr. Anastasios Karkazis, son of Athanasios, has been appointed Head of the Banking Services Unit. Mr. Ioannis Parlitsis, son of Panagiotis, heading to date the unit in question, has assumed the duties of Chief Operations Officer of Emporiki Credicom Bank S.A.

- In the framework of the Bank s Organizational Transformation the International Development Unit has been created and is headed by Mr. Christos Katsanis son of Alexandros.
