February 26, 2008 In the framework of the decision No 3/347/12.07.2005 made by the BoD of the Capital Market Commission, Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. announces that:
Mr. Georgios Evrypiotis, son of Andreas, has been appointed Head of the Retail Network Management Unit.
Mr. Athanasios Christopoulos, son of Georgios, has been appointed Head of the Business Centers Network Management Unit.
Mr. Antonios Leontiou, son of Dimitrios, has been appointed Head of the Network Development and Coordination Unit.
Mrs. Despoina Tzintziou, daughter of Athanasios, has been appointed Deputy Head of the Retail Network Management Unit.
Mr. Nikolaos Stergiakis, son of Ioannis, has been appointed Deputy Head of the Network Development and Coordination Unit.
The above mentioned appointments will be into force from 03.03.2008.
