October 17, 2008 In the framework of the decision no 3/347/12.07.05, made by the BoD of the Capital Market Commission, EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A. announces that Mr. Vaseilios Charitopoulos son of Ioannis, Sector Manager of the Audit Division, ceased to be an internal auditor of the Bank, due to the fact that he left the Bank.
