Resignation of the Financial Manager and Executive Member of the BoD

April 5, 2006 In the framework of decision 5/204/11.14.2000 of the Capital Market Commission's BoD, and also of the provisions of the relative legislation and in compliance with the provisions of Law 3016/2002 regarding Corporate Governance, we inform the investing public about Mr. Vassilis Theodoropoulos resignation on 03/31/2006 from the position of the Financial Manager and Executive Member of the company's BoD. In view of the announced merger through absorption of Fanco SA, Rodopi Spinning Mills SA and Gallop SA by the parent company Naoussa Spinning Mills SA, the Financial Manager position is temporarily assumed by Mr. Emmanuel Detorakis, Financial Manager of Naoussa Spinning Mills.
