May 9, 2006 In the framework of decision 5/204/11.14.2000 of the Capital Market Commission BoD, and of the related provisions of the existing legislation and in compliance with the provisions of Law 3016/2002 regarding Corporate Governance, we would like to inform the investing public about the BoD decision of FANCO S.A. on 5/3/2006, regarding the election of Mr. Nikolaos Georgakellos as Independent Non Executive Member of the BoD, in replacement Mr. Vassilios Theodoropoulos who resigned.
