October 3, 2006 In the framework of decision 3/347/7.12.2005 of the Capital Market Commission BoD, and the related provisions of the underlying legislation and in compliance with the provisions of Law 3016/2002 regarding Corporate Governance, we would like to inform the investing public that the BoD of FANCO S.A. in its session on 9/25/2006 took notice of the resignation of Mr. Fotios Ballogiannis and unanimously approved the election of Mr. Andreas Kosmatos as Executive Member of the BoD.
