February 6, 2006 COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces that the Chairman of its Board of Directors Mr. Panagis Vourloumis is donating to the Spastics Society the total net profit resulting from the balance between the strike price and the market value following the sale of the 80,030 shares which he acquired through the Stock Option Plan of the Company.
