Loan agreements between COSMOTE S.A. and COSMOTE ROMANIA
|

February 7, 2007 COSMOTE announces that within the next days it shall grant a 5-year loan of Euro 140 million to its subsidiary COSMOTE ROMANIAN MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. (COSMOTE ROMANIA). Furthermore, the existing loan of Euro 160 million Euro already granted to COSMOTE ROMANIA by COSMOTE, initially expiring on 7.2.2007, is being renewed until 07.02.2011. These loans are part of COSMOTE ROMANIA's financing schedule, up to a total of Euro 400 million during the period 2006 - 2008, as already announced by COSMOTE on 16 May 2006.
