March 9, 2007 COSMOTE informs that the Hellenic Capital Market Commission approved yesterday the request of COSMOTE’s subsidiary, COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LIMITED, for the squeeze-out of the remaining shares of GERMANOS S.A. (a percentage of approximately 0.61%).
Moreover, the Hellenic Capital Market Commission has set the 29th of March 2007 as the date of suspension of trading of GERMANOS SA’s shares in the Athens Exchange.
