Autohellas SA announces, as required by Law 3556/2007 (article 9, par. 5), and in order to facilitate investors in the calculation and determination of the acquisition or sale thresholds from shareholders or owners of voting rights, that the company s share capital amounts to 11,635,200 Euro, divided into 36,360,000 common registered shares, with a par value of 0.32 euro each.
