Autohellas SΑ announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that the following executives purchased the following amount of common shares- admitted for trading on the 17.01.2008-, as a result of the exercise of the company s stock option program:

1. Dimitrios N . Maggioros, deputy general manager and member of the board of directors : 46,670 common shares, at a total value of euros 93,340.

2. Garyfallia A. Pelekanou, chief financial officer and member of the board of directors: 33,330 common shares, at a total value of euros 66,660.

3. Theodore Poulakis, Fleet Management manager: 33,330 common shares, at a total value of euros 66,660.

4. Pavlos Angelidis , IT manager : 20,000 common shares, at a total value of euros 40,000.
