The company ALAPIS ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following the notification received on October 27th 2008 by Panagiotis Gerolymatos, that on October 27th 2008, the indirectly controlled by him company BOXWOOD LIMITED (a 100% subsidiary of P.N. GEROLYMATOS S.A. a company which is mainly controlled by him), proceeded to the purchase of Company's shares, and as a result, his indirect total number of shares increased from nul to 80.000.000, hence his indirect percentage on the Company's total number of shares increased from nul to 8,158% and his indirect total number of voting rights increased from nul to 80.000.000 hence, its indirect percentage on the Company's total number of voting rights changed from nul to 8,158%.
