ALAPIS S.A. has already informed the investors, about the purchase of 99.33% of the share capital of PNG GEROLYMATOS S.A. and announces furthermore, that it has reached an agreement for the acquisition of the rest of 0.6667% of the share capital of the said company at the amount of euros 1,350,000 cash.

After the above mentioned ALAPIS S.A. holds today 49.337% of the share capital of PNG GEROLYMATOS S.A. and as it has already been announced, the purchase of 50.66% is pending the approval of the Hellenic Competition Commision.
