The company ALAPIS ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), announces pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on March 4th, 2009 by FORTIS GLOBAL CUSTODY SERVICES N.V, that on March 3rd, 2009, the said company proceeded to the sale of Company's shares, and as a result, its total number of shares and total number of voting rights, fell from 98.059.750 and 9,99% on the Company's total number of shares and total number of voting rights, below minimum threshold for notification.

It is noted that the above percentage of 9,99%, has been transferred to FORTIS OBAM, which after the transfer preserves the same percentage of voting rights (12,80%).
