ALAPIS SA announces that pursuant to the decision of the Ministry of Development with protocol number Κ2-5113/25.05.2009, the merger via absorption with its following subsidiaries: "LAMDA APPLIED SA" and "ALAPIS PHARMA SA " was approved, pursuant to the provisions of articles 68-78 of C.L. 2190/20 and articles 1-5 of L. 2166/1993 and following the Decisions of the companies' Board of Directors dated 29.04.2009.
