June 1, 2009 ALAPIS S.A., announces that after the approval of the Competition Committee, the purchase of the remaining 50,1% of the company MEDIMEC S.A. has been completed on May 29th 2009.
After this, ALAPIS S.A., holds directly and indirectly 100% of the company MEDIMEC S.A.
