ALAPIS SA announces the sale and transfer of 71,578,743 preference rights that relate to same number of own shares that the Company holds according to article 16 of the L 2190/1920 and that are traded in the context of the share capital increase through public offer, as it was resolved by the Board of Directors on August, 5th 2009. The above mentioned sale and transfer was executed according to relevant decision of the Board of Directors of the Company.
