The company ALAPIS SA (hereafter the "Company"), announces pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on September 17th, 2009 by LEBRETON LIMITED, according to articles 9, 10(e) and 13.1 (a) of L. 3556, that BOXWOOD LIMITED which is controlled by LEBRETON LIMITED proceeded on September 14th, 2009 to the sale of ALAPIS's shares, and as a result, its total number of shares indirectly owned, fell from 80.000.000 and 8,158% on the Company's total number of shares and total number of voting rights, below 5%.
