The company ALAPIS SA (hereafter the "Company"), announces pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on September 18th, 2009 by BESTINVER GESTION S.A. SGIIC, that the said company proceeded on September 15th, 2009, through controlled by it companies to the sale of ALAPIS's shares, and as a result, its total number of shares and voting rights that owns, fell from 52.349.805 shares and 5,35% on the Company's total number of shares and total number of voting rights, to 46.994.927 shares and 4.79% on the Company's total number of shares and total number of voting rights.
