ALAPIS SA (hereafter the "Company"), announces pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on September 22nd, 2009 by GEROLYMATOS INTERNATIONAL SA (former PN GEROLYMATOS SA) that since 30/12/2008 it does not control BOXWOOD LIMITED and as a result it does not own indirectly the voting rights of the shares that BOXWOOD LIMITED owned in ALAPIS S.A. At the same date, the total number of shares and voting rights that GEROLYMATOS INTERNATIONAL SA had owned at ALAPIS S.A. out of the total outstanding number of shares and voting rights of ALAPIS S.A. had dropped to nil from 80,000,000 shares or 8.158% held before.

ALAPIS SA (hereafter the "Company"), announces pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on September 22nd, 2009 by LEBRETON LIMITED that since 30/12/2008 it controls BOXWOOD LIMITED and as a result it owns indirectly the voting rights of the shares that BOXWOOD LIMITED owned in ALAPIS S.A. At the same date, the total number of shares and voting rights that LEBRETON LIMITED had owned at ALAPIS out of the total outstanding number of shares and voting rights of ALALPIS had increased to 80,000,000 shares or 8.158% from nil held before.

It is reminded that LEBRETON LIMITED has already notified that since 17/09/09, its participation in ALAPIS S.A through BOXWOOD LIMITED, fell below 5%.
