ALAPIS S.A. announces that pursuant to the decision No. 13399/15.09.2009 of the Thessalonica Prefecture, the merger was approved between its subsidiaries "PHARMAGORA SOCIETE ANONYME WAREHOUSING AND TRADE OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS" with the distinctive title "PHARMAGORA S.A." and "SANTE PRODUCTION AND TRADE OF BANDAGE MATERIAL SOCIETE ANONYME" with the distinctive title "SANTE HELLAS SA", via absorption of the latter by the former, in accordance to the decisions of the companies' Boards of Directors as of 31.08.2009 and the provisions of articles 68-78 of C.L. 2190/1920 and article 1-5 of L. 2166/1993.
