March 11, 2008 'Babis Vovos International Construction S.A.' announces, under the rule of law 3556/2007 and the decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission of Greece, that Mr. Charalampos Vovos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BVIC, purchased 100,000 BVIC shares at euro 20 per share or euro 2,000,000 in total on 7 March 2008.
