Euromedica Α.Ε. is happy to announce that it proceeded to sign a Memorandum of Understanding denoting its agreement to develop a gradual participation, up to a final 50% holding, in the companies AROGI S.A. and APOKATASTASI S.A., which operate Closed and Open Therapy Rehabilitation Centers, of a capacity of 128 beds in privately owned premises housed in a 4-building complex of a total surface area of 9,150 square meters, erected in plots of land of a total surface area of 5,5 acres in Nicea, Larissa. The total cost of the investment is expected to reach Euro 8.75 million, of which Euro 4 million will be paid to AROGI S.A. as part of a share capital increase.

It should be noted that a preliminary design is being prepared for the creation of a Rehabilitation Center in Thessalonica, of a capacity of 160 beds, in which AROGI S.A. will have a 20% holding, whereas processes have been initiated for the creation of similar centers: (a) between the prefectures of Karditsa and Trikala, of a capacity of 40 to 80 beds, where AROGI S.A. will have a 70% holding; (b) in Herakleion, Crete, of a capacity of 80 beds, where AROGI S.A. will have a 20% holding. Research is also under way for the creation Rehabilitation Centers in Kavala and Ionnina, of a capacity of 80 beds each.
