Following its notice dated 27/9/2007 with respect to the decision of the Corporate Board of Directors on 25/9/2007 regarding the purchase of treasury stocks, and under article 4 of Directive (EC) No 2273/2003, EUROMEDICA S.A. announces that from 2/5/2008 to 13/5/2008 it proceeded to the purchase of 25,998 treasury stocks at a mean acquisition price of 7.6447 euros.

Moreover the Company wishes to inform that during the period from 1/10/2007 to 13/5/2008 it has proceeded to the acquirement of 989.819 treasury stocks, at an average price of 10,2353 euros, which represent 2,61% of the total outstanding shares of the Company.
