Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca-Cola Hellenic, the Company) announces, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the European Commission and pursuant to relevant resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders dated 27 April 2009 and of its Board of Directors dated 30 April 2009, that on 25 May 2009 it bought back 24,500 shares at an average price of euro 14.4487 per share, with a total value of euro 353,993.80. The shares were purchased through National P&K Securities S.A.
