Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A.(Coca-Cola Hellenic, the Company) announces, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the European Commission and pursuant to relevant resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders dated 27 April 2009 and of its Board of Directors dated 30 April 2009, that on 7 September 2009 it bought back 9,200 shares at an average price of euro 15.9788 per share, with a total value of euro 147,005.24. The shares were purchased through Eurobank EFG Securities Investment Firm S.A.
