The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3461/2006 (Article 27), announces that:

OTE SA holds 100% of Cosmote SA shares and the corresponding voting rights following the conclusion of the sell-out and squeeze-out period, in the context of the Voluntary Public Tender Offer by OTE SA for the purchase of all the common shares of Cosmote SA.
