May 13, 2009 The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA) announces the completion of the transfer of 100% stake of COSMOFON MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS AD SKOPJE (through COSMOTE?s 100% owned subsidiary, OTE MTS HOLDING B.V.,) as well as GERMANOS TELECOM AD SKOPJE to Telekom Slovenije, following the final approvals by FYROM's Competition Committee (as of 30/04/09).
