Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (ASE: HTO, NYSE: OTE), the Greek full-service telecommunications provider, announces that, in May 2009, its 2007 Annual Report won the bronze award (third place) in the category "Best Annual Report in Europe", at the annual European Design Awards (EDA). The award was received by the graphic design company MnP that is responsible for the creative design of OTE's Annual Report.

Following this distinction Mr. Dimitris Tzelepis, Head of Investor Relations commented that: "This is the second distinction for OTE's 2007 annual report, this year, and only comes to prove that creativity and innovation are welcomed and rewarded."

The ceremony of the annual European Design Awards took place in Zurich, Switzerland in May 2009. Acclaimed and new, talented graphic designers competed in 30 categories covering the entire spectrum of visual communications.
