CHANGES IN COSMOTE'S BOD
June 26, 2009 Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA) announces that during the 12th Annual General Assembly of its subsidiary Cosmote SA, Mr Panagis Vourloumis was reappointed Chairman of the Cosmote Board of Directors, while Mr Michael Tsamaz, Cosmote Deputy CEO, assumes the CEO position.
