October 22, 2008 According to the Capital Market Commission's Decision 5/204/12.11.2000 and the obligations of the Company as they are described to the Article 4 of it, it is been announced that according the decision of Board of Directors held at 6/10/2008 the duties of internal auditor are assigned to Mr Aggelos Grigoroudis.
