The Company DIAS PORTFOLIO INVESTMENTS S.A. in accordance with the terms of the article 19 of L. 3556/2007 and in view of its next Ordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders, notifies the investors, that - among others - the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting of 5th of June and its prospective Repetitive Meetings, in case of non quorum, proposes the harmonization of its Articles of Association with the provisions of C.L. 2190/1920 (as amended with L. 3604/2007) on "societe anonyme".
