On February 14th, 2008, ALFA BETA VASSILOPOULOS S.A. acquired the 100% of the shares of the societe anonyme "P.L.LOGISTICS CENTER - DIANOMES - APOTHIKEFSIS - LOGISTICS - S.A." with the distinctive title "P.L.L.C. S.A." for a total amount of twelve million two hundred thousand euros (12,200,000).

The aforementioned acquired company has full ownership of a land plot at Inofyta in Boeotia. This property is ample and integral for development, measuring to one hundred fifteen thousand (115,000) square metres, on which a new modern storage and distribution centre of fresh products will be constructed and will facilitate the supply needs of the Group.
