According to article 21, Law 3556/ 2007 and in combination to article 11 of the Capital Market Committee’s decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, OPAP S.A. announces that Mr. Goulas Anastasios Ilias, General Director of the Company (and liable person according to Law 3340/ 2005), proceeded in the purchase of 395 company shares of net value Euro 10,396.40 (Ten thousand Three hundred Ninety Six Euros and Forty Cents) on the 1st of August 2007.
