OPAP SA according to article 2 par. 2 of the Capital Markets Commission BoD decision 3/347/12.07.2005, announces to its shareholders that, OPAP’s BoD, during its meeting on August 23rd, 2007, unanimously approved the resignation as of August 16th, 2007 of Mr Demetrios Kranias, a non-executive member of the Board.
